Out of the gate this is a great app. Starts off with a 5$ coupon the. Every 250 diamonds you get decent prizes. Eventually work you way up to higher value tickets...2$, 5$...10$. As the prizes went up the levels between prizes went to 500 diamonds. Then you start getting “25 free spins” which are basically USELESS! My last prize I got was like OVER 2000 diamonds ago, which was a 10$ scratcher (that was great!). I was pumped expecting that I was going to get my $15-20? Scratcher coupon finally after 2000 diamonds...but no! Another 25 free useless spins!! Let that sink everyone, after having scanned in hundreds of dollars of tickets to get 2000+ more diamonds (after the last good prize 10$ scratcher) I’ve gotten nothing but useless spins, 100 to be exact 25x4...and the amount of diamonds I’ve netted off of those is probably in the single digits!! I have 4787 diamonds right now and my last worthwhile prize was 2750!! I realize the prize trajectory was probably going to move up to 20$ but I’d rather just keep getting 10$ one and only have to get like 1000 diamonds to get it instead of giving useless spins soo many tiers in a row! Very very angry with the app and this app right now! So much so that I may just stop using it and getting the associated tickets! Cause let’s be honest the gold bar and double diamond tickets are pretty boring and stupid if it wasn’t for this extended play.

I had this app for weeks, and all went well for awhile. I needed to update my profile with new email and phone number so I contacted customer support as there is no option to do this within the app. I was told I had to wait for an update to be able to do this. It’s been months. Still can’t change my info. I’d never know if I have won a drawing with this. Then, I won the silver jackpot. I was not awarded the diamonds or the 10 dollar ticket. I contacted customer support with the issue and have been ignored for over a month now. Tonight I bought a ticket, and while I won $5, it ended there. The app didn’t award me with a single spin. The screen didn’t even come up for that nor did the screen saying I had been entered into the drawings. I’ve contacted customer support. I don’t even expect to hear back at this point. This app could have been amazing. But I feel once NY has your money, they couldn't care less when they are contacted with issues. I’m over it. I’ll be letting EVERYONE I know not to bother with it. I work at a store right in front of the machine and will tell EVERY customer I see approach the machine. Waste of money!!!

I’ve had this app for a few weeks and it works flawlessly. I’ve won about $30 so far on almost 100 $5 scratchers scanned in. There are a lot of features on the app but they aren’t clear at all what they do. You go up levels but they don’t say how you benefit from this. They have a silver jackpot that raises with every spin and a picture of a $10 scratcher but hasn’t done anything so far. And a gold jackpot that just increases but also doesn’t seem to do anything.

Been playing now for about a month and a half now probably from the very start of the app. Is there a glitch with the app? I have now completed 1700 diamonds, but I never received any prizes for my 1500 diamond level, other then 25 free spins, and this morning I reach 1700 but never received anything for that level. I also noticed in the top right hand corner where the prize box is, it has a number 4 on it, but I have no prizes available. All the prizes in it I already collected. Also I tried to contact you through email in the support section, and when I send the email I got a message saying email failed to send us the app does not receive replies.
