Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "HDSPCAM"
The search will reveal the HDSPCAM app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once HDSPCAM is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including HDSPCAM.
Now enjoy HDSPCAM on PC.

Does not work remotely

I have tried other cameras before this one and as soon as the new update came out they stopped working. I reached out to this seller who promised that these cameras would work remotely, however, they only worked until the update came out for the app. After that, they can no longer be viewed remotely.

This app will not hold settings. Every time I launch I I need to synchronize the time and out in the wireless let. I have to leave the camera connected to my laptop in order to use it.

I want to say that you can’t even set up the cams from the app.. I’ve had them now for a few weeks and get frustrated and put them away till I try again. Is this a scam or what?
