Works Great for me!

I own a the app, P-Touch CUBE Plus. It works off USB as well as Bluetooth. For this app, I ended up needing to have it work via the USB cable. This does not bother me one bit. :) Software is easy and quick to use! I also love that I can use any of my system fonts (and fonts I've installed on my iMac). I have up until recently only used label printing via my iPhone using the app, P-Touch Design & Print by the app. This worked fine over Bluetooth, but I get tired of the tedious process of using my phone for this. I type fast and would prefer to make a list and get it done quicker on my computer. Fast forward to now. I read the poor reviews but figured I could still give this a try. I had some issues getting my P-Touch to stay connected over the Bluetooth connection to my iMac (2018 iMac). I finally decided to just try it on the USB connection and it works perfectly. I'm not too concerned about not being able to bluetooth from my iMac as I wanted to create a bunch of organizing labels at one time. Yes, it would be great if it worked a little better, but I still found the app very useful and easy to use and it accomplished what I was going for!

Every version of the label software gets worse. I spent 20 minutes trying to add a simple clip art image to a label, I gave up! Select all doesn't work, or if it does, it is not the Select All on the menu. I would rate this software a zero if that rating was allowed. the app, get some real people to give usability feedback instead of programmers who never use the program. A very unhappy the app customer who currently has three Brothers and one Canon online. I mostly use the Canon...

You have to go to the the app website and download the drivers first and then install the app. Works perfectly! Love it!
Does not find printer, wifi or with USB!

I've used both wired and wifi connections and I can't seem to get the MacStore app to find this P-touch label maker. I can connect from my iphone app, and the very terrible web browser ptouch app. If you can get it to work, the templates are better than the iphone app has.
