Software Features and Description

1. It displays vistas from anyplace in Canada, Mexico and the United States - including all 50 states, Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands.

2. Now stand at your vista and hold your iPhone up and have all those mountains labeled for you! As you turn, the scene on your iPhone turns with you.

3. With the "Live-View" option, WhatMountain will draw mountain profiles and names over a real-time images.

4. It does take data, but you can download it from the US Geological Survey before you head to the mountain.

5. You can also enter the name or latitude/longitude of a place and see the view from that mountain top.

6. Mountains to the north - hills to the west - all are now labeled for you.

7. Or load up a photograph, and use the GPS information in the jpeg file.

Install WhatMountain app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using WhatMountain on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WhatMountain"
The search will reveal the WhatMountain app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once WhatMountain is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WhatMountain.
Now enjoy WhatMountain on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native WhatMountain Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use WhatMountain,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "WhatMountain" » then Click "Install".
- WhatMountain will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
