Install My Utility Account - Mobile app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using My Utility Account on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "My Utility Account"
- The search will reveal the My Utility Account - Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once My Utility Account is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including My Utility Account.

Worthless - fees for every payment method

Might be a worthwhile app to manage and pay your water bill, but they charge a fee for every method of payment, e-check included. Maybe you could argue that the fee is justified if using a credit card, but certainly not to draw from a bank account.
No thanks. I’ll mail a check and you can pay for the labor to open and process the app payment, as well as the cost to continue sending me bills. Someday these companies will lose their arrogance treating customers like an inconvenience. Like we should really be paying you for the privilege of streamlining your payment processing?!

App crashes when trying to sign in

App crashes when trying to login (with or without Face ID). So hard to give anything else than one star. Looking forward to fix of bug to explore the app.

This app is not functional. Trying to put in security questions and answers and it won’t process. Keeps going back to the beginning of setup.
