Download and install the UGI Online Account Center app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using UGI Online Account Center on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "UGI Online Account Center"
- The search will reveal the UGI Online Account Center app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once UGI Online Account Center is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including UGI Online Account Center.
- Now enjoy UGI Online Account Center on PC.

I have a bill due. Sometimes the app says I have no bill, sometimes it shows my balance. Added my bank to make a payment (it’s listed in my online account - why must I add it in the first place?) and got an error saying it wasn’t added. Canceled out of that screen and my bank was listed. Tried to make a payment and it was not successful, I think — who really knows. This app only has to do one thing and it fails miserably.

Not user friendly at all

I’ve paid most of my bills online for the past 8 years and this is the worst online banking site I have ever encountered. Every month I dread using this site to pay my bill. I have fast internet speeds and this site is very hard to navigate and is very slow. I would rate it a negative five stars if I could. Its easier to mail your payments, which is what I’m going to do from now on.

Don’t bother

This app is complete garbage. Doesn’t work most of the time. Takes forever to load when it does. Touch ID doesn’t work. Why offer an app if you’re not even going to try and make it functional?

The old app worked so much smoother then the recent update. 20 mins wasted trying to change just the payment date. Needs some work
