  • I can no longer log in to the app

By In the elements (Pcmac user)

I’ve tried multiple times to log in and I get an error. I uninstalled and reinstalled still does the same thing. It would be nice if the app was further developed. It was handy to have your cards on your phone as a backup. Reply to the developers: Thanks for the response. I use the key chain to log in so it isn’t typed incorrectly. When I go to log in it says “ERROR!”At the top of the dialog box. In the box it says “an error occurred during authentication.” I have no issues logging in through Safari and had no issues logging in initially the first time (when it worked) then using Touch ID. I think it is an app issue. I logged in today using Safari using key chain. Just tried again with the app same error.
  • Doesn’t work

By The Real Zen Boy (Pcmac user)

Can’t even get past the login screen properly. FaceID doesn’t work. Fails to authenticate. Bare bones info and it isn’t even current. Provider search is cumbersome and doesn’t retain your info, so you have to repeatedly enter the same info over and over. It can’t even remember your state. If you click on a map or something, then go back, it will reset the entire process and make you start over. It logs you out while you are actively using the app. I haven’t seen an app this bad since the iPhone was first released. I would have submitted developer feedback instead of a review, but that too doesn’t work right.
  • Almost useless

    By jpbeer (Pcmac user)

Unless you only need a copy of your card, this app is pointless. It does not have any claim information and no coverage information -- nothing but a copy of your card and a provider lookup feature.
  • Disappointing

    By bprokee (Pcmac user)

The app is only useful for displaying insurance card information and only a few copay pricing. I would expect the app to display information such as claims, coverage, and pricing. I shouldn’t be surprised, since this app’s website is a horrible maze to navigate. Are chiropractic visits covered? What is my out of pocket expense for X-rays? I keep the app on my phone with the hope that the next update will reveal a new app with a practical interface.
