Disappointed but it has its uses I suppose

I am an astrological dilettante, and accordingly have a better than average understanding of how, and why, in all its many culturally specific iterations, Astrology works. Accordingly, I am disappointed because the information provided is in no way personalized. One Needs that in order to calculate where your celestial stuff actually IS and what it’s telling you. Never are you asked to provide the date, exact time and place of your birth. Perhaps that info is requested if you choose to purchase any of the several other options available on the application, But initially you are just asked to select a Sun Sign. My goodness, if you know Anything about astrology, that simply will not do. I admit to finding the planetary alignments & connections provided somewhat interesting but it’s Way too General. I want info specific to Me. Doesn’t everyone? That’s what true astrologers Do. For crying out loud. I am also surprised and disappointed because I just naturally expected more from my favorite folks at VICELAND. You know, like the Real Deal. I’ll keep watching and enjoying VICELAND but this astrology application is not very useful, to me.
Don’t waste your phone space, time or money.

I signed up for the pro version before I was ready, but I let it slide because I enjoy my vice horoscope. I had been using it for more than a week and am curious as to how I was being charged because I can’t find proof of it anywhere. Never had any issues with the app (it always kept me logged in) until last week, when I realized I wasn’t signed in. I used three different emails to recover my password and none of them worked. So I “get started” for a second time, select my sun sign, enter my preferred email address and the app says that email is already registered. ???? I’ve tried to reset my password via a link FROM this app (IN MY EMAIL INBOX) and when I try to “update password” absolutely NOTHING happens. The new password stays in dot form and the website doesn’t move. HOWEVER, if I hit “update password” with nothing the the boxes or purposely mismatch them, in red it will say “Password is required/passwords do not match”. Absolutely ridiculous. Would appreciate some answers and solutions if I’m my email is still registered to the subscription.
Insightful and Modern

I enjoy reading these horoscopes because of how accessible the readings are in explaining the representation of each planet and it’s manifestations. The way these passages are written demonstrate a commitment to bring awareness and guidance as opposed to imposing. Plus, the design of the app is beautifully illustrated with sultry, magical moods. If you find it fun to self reflect on different aspects of your life & want to go into a deeper journey of exploring your own ego, gratitude, or power, then I definitely recommend it! (Not usually one to write a review but felt appreciative of the tidbits of discovery ✨)
App signs you out every time you close it

The info is great and I like having my rising sign information too along with my sun sign. But it drives me absolutely bonkers that every time I close the app, it completely signs me out and I have to re-sign in with my email address and password. I’m not even fully closing it through double clicking the home button and shutting down apps that way. I’m only just exiting to open a different app or check my email. Is there a way for the next update to be able to save sign-in session information in the app’s background to keep from having to entering credentials every single time? I’d expect that feature from an app that deals with highly protected information- like from your bank, but not an astrology app.
