Install Big Neon app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Big Neon"
- The search will reveal the Big Neon app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Big Neon is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Big Neon.
- Now enjoy Big Neon on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Big Neon,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Big Neon" » then Click "Install".
- Big Neon will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Horrible horrible horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience with this app/company. First, they require you to create an account just to purchase a ticket. Why is there no option to purchase as a guest and use my email rather than having to create an account? I reluctantly created an account since I really wanted to go to this event. Then, after purchasing a ticket, I get an email saying I need to download the app in order to get my ticket that I’ve already paid for. What kind of nonsense is that??? Send me the ticket that I’ve paid for! Then, I download the app and try to login through the Facebook authentication system and it doesn’t even work???? All I see is a blank white screen. So now I’ve created an account and downloaded the app only to not even be able to get the ticket that I’ve paid for?! To top it all off, I go to their poorly built zendesk support center to find a number that I can contact them with and there is none. Absolutely awful experience, left me feeling upset and annoyed. Would give it a negative rating if I could.

I recently downloaded and tried this app for a performance near me, and the experience from beginning to end was so easy. I was able to use my phone for the ticket and one of my friends had to cancel last-minute, but sending his ticket to another friend was seamless within the app - it really took the stress of trying to coordinate tickets totally away.
Couldn’t recommend this enough for anyone who loves live music and goes to lots of shows!

this app is the best ticketing app. Period. I’ve used Eventbrite, Ticketfly and many of the others but the design and features in this app really are the best out there today. Ticket transfer is so easy and I love that they’re constantly adding new features.
I hope they add some onsite features as well as this is the first ticketing app I would consider using for something other than getting into a concert. It makes me want to use it while I’m there as well.

No, no, and no. “The mobile app is required to access your tickets”. What kind of strong armed business tactic is this? I dont want to have to have your app. Just give me the tickets. It’s moving backwards in technology and user experience. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If having a ticket to the show I wanted did not require downloading this app, I would not be writing this post or rating this app. I bet the designers and engineers did a good job.
Also the website requires an account. How sure am I that I will receive spam from BigNeon? 100%
