Install BlingCam - Glitter Effects app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using BlingCam on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BlingCam"
- The search will reveal the BlingCam - Glitter Effects app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once BlingCam is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BlingCam.

First of all this this app is amazing 😉 the other day my friends were at class and we were taking Instagram pics and I tried the filters I felt like a Queen 👸 thank you thank you this app I feel like Instagram baddie when I edit my photos on here but there’s one thing you should change where I can choose a photo from my camera roll please change that feature where I just can take a photo or video i would love to just choose something from my camera roll but although this App is great 🥴

What is this?

This app is absolutely terrible and literally will not work on my phone. I have an Iphone XR that is fully up to date with IOS13 and every time I open the app it freezes and ive never even been able to use it so I just deleted it. Thanks guys for the amazing app!!!!!

I received an alert at after 11:00 pm last evening, thanking me for my purchase and that I can start enjoying this app. I have been searching how to reach someone to talk about how could this happen. Does anyone know how to reach someone that controls this app.

The app asks for access to my photos and my microphone but there is no way to choose my photos from the app to enhance. Also there is no settings button anywhere in the app.
