To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

- Search for "Sparkle Effects" » then Click "Install".

this is a great app! it gives you a setting for how many sparkles you want in your picture and the quality isn’t so bad. a downside is definitely not being able to upload pictures from your camera roll but now that I am hopefully that will change!

I downloaded this app because it had the most ratings in comparison to other the app filter apps. I was extremely disappointed because I thought perhaps my camera lens was dirty but this app just has terrible quality. Not only that but there isn’t some sort of calibration as to where the shine should be. I’m taking a pic of a piece of jewelry on a black suede cloth and the sparkles are literally everywhere BUT the jewelry. Ridiculous. They also want to charge 2.99 for unlimited terrible quality photos. Not thanks. Uninstalling.

Love this app!! I would just like to add....after I wrote that I loved this app so that it would unlock more by writing a review, I chose to accept the “Upgrade for all for $2.99”. When I did...it went through so quickly BUT...I did catch that I was charged $4.99! NOT $2.99!! So be prepared!!! The advertising for the amount is FALSE!!

Only 2 STARS!! Was forced to leave 5 star review to unlock camera roll. Definitely not that great! You can’t move the the app where you want it. I upgraded for the $3 but not sure what that got me. So far not that happy with the app.
