5. Your task is to surround enemy dots with your dots so that all your dots can be connected together to form a fence around the enemy dots.

6. The winner is the user who captured more dots or if one of the players surrenders.

7. Each player is assigned a color and puts dots on line crossings.

8. The surrounded dots are considered "captured" and can't be used by enemy.

9. Divide and rule or divide and conquer is gaining and maintaining power by breaking up larger concentrations of power into pieces that individually have less power than the one implementing the strategy.
