  • Works well and I get updated but constant disconnects

    By brennan1 (Pcmac user)

I’ve gotten my app setup at my apartment and it works well for a few weeks, unlocking lockers from my phone, but every few weeks I have to reinstall the app because it no longer connects to the built in iPad. After a reinstall it works fine, but obviously a bug that needs to be fixed
  • Password Update is Not Working

    By Chgogirl33 (Pcmac user)

Great app but suddenly will not accept my password nor will it accept an updated password. My rating would be a 5 if I could get the app to work again.
  • When it works, it’s great

    By Gnatbuggle (Pcmac user)

Our community has had a “locker room” for several months now, and when the stars align it works perfectly, but there are some serious bugs that need to be addressed. I’ve had packages returned because I was not notified there was one there. I’ve also had problems with it because carriers don’t always deliver to the app lockers by address, but by name. For instance, I would track a package through UPS/Fedex and see it’s arrived, but receive no notification in app or in an email. It turned out that the app only had my husband’s name on file, and the carrier put it in some generic box? Basically, it would have sat there in limbo if I hadn’t known it was coming. Even if you know it’s there you can’t get it unless you have the notification with the ID to open the locker. I called customer service and they added my name (this was an issue in communication between our property management and the app when the accounts were set up) which fixed the problem for a while, but now it’s wonky again. I have the app and I only get notifications on *some* arrivals. My husband gets emails for anything else, even if it’s addressed to me, but he’s not notified when I get the notification and vice versa. The biggest problem is that the app uses first names, not addresses or last names. When UPS drops a package at the door they are just looking for the address, not the name on the package. the app forces the opposite. If someone were to send a package to my daughter (who has the same last name as us) we wouldn’t receive the notification anything was there. The worst part of this is that we don’t have a choice to choose the app for delivery. I do like the idea, but PLEASE make your accounts by address, not name.
  • It doesn’t work

    By Frootloop2051 (Pcmac user)

Their support is responsive, but the Bluetooth connectivity doesn’t work. I can’t open the box from my phone. If that’s a feature you really want, expect to be disappointed.
  • Great to finally have the app working

    By meghanahanumanth (Pcmac user)

Loving the new app and how it’s been working, would be great if the signature and pictures option was also added to the app for security purposes ... I had trouble checking the label when the package was scanned on the app.. Kindly fix that...
