Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PennRides on Request"
The search will reveal the PennRides on Request app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once PennRides on Request is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PennRides on Request.
Now enjoy PennRides on Request on PC.
