What is CT Safe? The CT Safe Mobile Application is a collaboration between the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) and the Connecticut Intelligence Center (CTIC) that allows citizens of Connecticut to report suspicious activities within their communities. The app integrates with Google Maps and a user's mobile device camera or photo library to send accurate location coordinates along with photos.
