1. هو نظام تم إنتاجه من قبل مركز الكفيل لتقنية المعلومات لغرض تسهيل العملية التربوية وتطويرها من خلال استغلال التكنولوجيا الحديثة لتوفير وسيلة تواصل بين إدارة المدرسة وأولياء الأمور وتمكينهم من الاطلاع على مستوى الطالب العلمي وسلوكه لحظة بلحظة دون تكبد عناء الذهاب إلى المدرسة.

2. - يتم استعمال التطبيق من خلال إدخال رمز سري خاص بحساب الطالب أو الكادر التدريسي توفره لهم إدارة المدرسة للدخول إلى التطبيق والاستفادة من الخدمات التي يقدمها وفق صلاحيات مخصصة لكل حساب.

3. - يدعم التطبيق خاصية تعدد الحسابات، بحيث يمكن فتح أكثر من حساب لطالب أو لكادر تدريسي في التطبيق، واستلام التبليغات والرسائل وكافة الإشعارات المهمة من كل الحسابات في نفس الوقت.

4. - يمكن من خلال التطبيق الاطلاع على التقويم المدرسي الذي يحتوي على أهم الأحداث السنوية للمدرسة، كبداية الدوام ومواعيد العطل والسفرات المدرسية وغيرها.

5. - يوفر التطبيق إمكانية إرسال تبليغات إدارية أو علمية من قبل الأستاذ مع إمكانية إرفاق صور مع التبليغ وظهور إشعار صوتي لحظة وصوله.

6. - يحتوي التطبيق على معلومات كاملة عن الطالب مثل: الصف والمرشد وكافة المعلومات الأساسية للطالب، بالإضافة إلى تقييمات السلوك والتقييمات العلمية والدرجات والرسائل وغيرها.

7. - يوفر التطبيق خاصية المراسلة بين ولي الأمر والكادر التدريسي أو الإداري، وحسب نظام الصلاحيات الذي تحدده الإدارة.

8. - يوفر التطبيق خاصية القفل بكلمة مرور لمنع التطفل والتلاعب.
