Confusing, and no one is available to help

After researching some online at home workout programs I was excited to try this app. As a working mom I needed something I could do wherever whenever and had a variety of options so this seemed like a great fit. Plus the “quarterly” fee was reasonable. I submitted my card information, and downloaded the app excited to get in. I also downloaded the app in my smart TV. After about 45 mins of trying to get the apps to work, each time I signed in it would want me to enroll or sign up for a subscription (i already had) I tried finding a customer service number but there wasn’t one - email only. I submitted a request twice just to have someone tell me to delete the app then download again. After 3 days of trying to get going I was frustrate and done. I quickly logged back in to cancel my subscription (because forget it no one will even help you) and it was still telling me to sign up (again, i already had) so i emailed again customer service and they told me there was no subscription. Great. Oh no . A month later $39 charge. Here we go. Emailed again because you can’t call anyone just to be told i don’t have a subscription. I was just charged again a second time . $39. NO ONE WILL HELP ME

I absolutely love this app! So far I have been working mainly with Xtend Barre, but I have also used the 600sec workouts when I have limited time. Both have been amazing! I see the results I want and feel great after all of the workouts! The only thing I have noticed with the app, is sometimes it doesn’t fully register that I have completed a workout. I usually cast to my TV at home, so when it ends, it doesn’t notice in the app. So on those days I didn’t get the credit of doing a workout in the app. But I usually just play the workout over again while I shower and whatnot and then it’s fine. But overall, this app and these workouts have changed the game for me!! I finally enjoying working out everyday! Thank you!!!

Absolutely love xtend barre! I used to be a Pure Barre addict and I still love it, but being a working mom with two littles I just can’t make it to the classes in the city. I also don’t find their online classes to be as engaging as the in person classes. I don’t feel that way with xtend barre! Andrea is an amazing motivator and makes you feel like she is right there beside you pushing you on. Plus the classes really pack a punch for just 30 minutes which I can usually fit into my day. And if I can’t then I try to do 600 seconds which I also love. The yoga workout is great as well! this app was the best investment! Highly recommend!

I had my third child 8 months ago. Each child has been a harder recovery. Working out was so daunting even after my doctor permitted me. I still can’t do much abdominal (major diastisis recti) but feeling safe (from comparing myself to others or embarrassed because I am still so weak...yes I know I’m hard on myself) by using an ap I not only have privacy; but my kids can watch me grow stronger. I don’t have to worry about childcare, huge fees or missing a class! This is awesome! No glitches so far and I love all the options I can take with me anywhere! Thank you guys for an amazing app!
