Loading problem

I’m not able to play the game because there is a loading screen that takes forever making me not able to put in my first pet.

I just started because I wanted to unleash my creativity and I love the details!.. but I can’t make a character because it keeps loading forever when I press certain things. I can’t even play cause it will just load for sooo long! :( is there something wrong with the game or my platform?!

Love the game problem with buying

I love this game but my problem(s) is that when I spent $ 10.64 on gems they never came through which really upset me because I was trying to do a give away I had already started how am I supposed to do that if I never got the gems? Sooo if you guys could fix that and get me my gems that would be great thank you other than that the game is great! Great job!

I looked up how you sign out for about 20 minutes and gave up to find out you can’t sign out anymore like you could or maybe you still couldn’t long ago
