What is Animus?

Harbinger is an action-packed game that takes you back in time to the days when Kerr the Breaker first attacked the realm. As Forlorn, a pilgrim out of time and follower of the Resonant, you are tasked with saving the children of Qurrhem and the realm of Cadmeia. You must face Gravetender Anku and other monsters to deliver the inhabitants of Cadmeia from chaos and confusion. The game requires 1.3GB of storage or above and iOS 10 or higher.

Game Features and Description

1. Prove your worth against the embodiment of death, Gravetender Anku, only after meeting the Breach Knight sent by Kerr for the first time.

2. Harbinger takes you into the past, to the very days when Kerr the Breaker, Bringer of Nightmares, first bore down on the realm in vengeance.

3. You, Forlorn — a pilgrim caught out of time, and follower of the Resonant — are called upon by the shadow of the late King Cadmus.

4. In a time before Blood Memory, you stand alone between death and deliverance… for the forgotten cannot die, as they have truly never lived… until this day.

5. At the heart of Qurrehm, High Clarus Alina – loyal acolyte of Cadmus – awaits, perhaps as Corrupt or Corrupter.

6. Cadmus implores you to save the children of Qurrhem, and the realm of Cadmeia.

7. IAP for full campaign, side quests, and upcoming multiplay.

8. IAP for full campaign, side quests, and multiplay.

9. Then quickly cross through Cadmeia to deliver its inhabitants from peculiar medicine men, hellhounds, and monsters.

10. Pass mercy to those afflicted, and judgment to those whom embody the coming nightmare.

  • Please fix the crashes from loading.

    By Souls_&_lols (Pcmac user)

I have encountered the problem of the game not being able to load the final mission for the herald outskirts qurrehm. I find it annoying that the game crashes every time you try to load a new mission or go from a mission to a trial, I would like to see some kind of fix for this very soon, I enjoy the combat and challenge this game brings and I would enjoy playing it the rest of game.
  • NOT A FREE GAME

    By -++X++- (Pcmac user)

I get that this is the API for the full game, but I bet most people (especially on iPhone) don’t know that it’s basically letting you download the game so you can play it whenever you get around to paying $3.99 for it. While I get that this isn’t that expensive, it’s deceptive to be “free” because most games don’t do this dirty little trick. This rating is based mostly on the fact that I was able to download it and play about 2-3 minutes before I was locked out and nowhere in the title do you get the information that this is basically a 2 minute demo. At the very least name this app “DEMO: this app - Harbinger” and then I will regain my respect for your business practices because that is literally what this is.
  • Bought on switch, let down

    By Maximusmiller (Pcmac user)

I demoed this game through this app version and read reviews. Saw the trailer clips and photos. Was convinced it was a light souls game with some decent content. I am sad I paid for this game on Nintendo switch. It’s a bare bones game with little to no content for a few bucks. Rangers of Oblivion, Dungeon Hunters, Sword Art, etc. all have MUCH more content for FREE. I’ll admit, not bad gameplay itself, mechanics work like they’re supposed to. But it feels like every other mobile game I’ve tried, just stripped down, slowed down, and ported. Kind of weird to be charging for so little as well. And to have to pay more in game for things too.
  • Couple things

    By NordoftheRings (Pcmac user)

Super fun dark souls rip off. Almost completely equally satisfying. I’m prolly gonna play through it all. Couple things that I gots some beefs wid. 1. The camera is terrible. Once you’re locked on then its ok but its terrible until then. Why? Haven’t we figured this out by now? Third person 3d gaming has been around for decades now. This shouldn't be an issue at all. Its a 101 ground floor problem on a otherwise high end game. 2. The upgrade stones for the forge are only available on the first level?! So we have to play that over and over to upgrade? Thats supper lame. Like. What? If this is a ploy to get us to spend more money... well I've been taught if ya have nothing nice to say then don't say anything... so imma be quiet now.
