What is FitCoach?
The Fit Coach app is designed by two experienced fitness professionals, Manu and Flori, who have created 16 different workout programs with over 120 exercises and more than 40 workouts. The app offers both gym and home workout programs for users. In addition to workouts, the app also provides personalized meal plans to help users achieve their fitness goals.
