Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

- VIP ticket holders are not able to book classes or services.

- App needs to be deleted and re-downloaded to register wristbands.

Can’t Reserve a Spot

When I go click on reservations, literally nothing comes up. How am I supposed to book a master class through the app if it’s not even an option for me? You can’t tell people to go to the app to book classes when it’s not even available on the app.

I’m having so much trouble with this. It’s the only place we can reserve our seat and it’s not working. It’s just keeps loading! I removed the app and reloaded it and when I go to the reservation page, it says my wristband is already registered and that’s it. I have no more options!

You pay $350 for a vip ticket and you don’t get it. Sephora can’t help. Showclix is horrible. Paying that much for no classes or the ability to book service bar is unethical and just bad business. Shame on you Sephora for taking our money and not delivering as promised.

Trying to register two wristband for two different days.... can’t. Had to delete app and re-down load to even register the first wristband. My friend is having the same issue. This app is terrible!!!!
