Install Kami Home app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Kami Home on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Kami Home"
The search will reveal the Kami Home app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Kami Home is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Kami Home.
Now enjoy Kami Home on PC.

Bought the Indoor/Outdoor Camera a few weeks ago and worked fine for the first few days. Then all of a sudden camera lag missed people even entering the porches now I can’t even play the activity captured saying unable to play file. Contemplating returning them for a refund definitely not worth the money as of now.

Frequently you cannot watch recorded clips (I’m not using cloud service). It has done this off and on for the last 30 days. Sometimes it will play and sometimes it won’t. It lists the motion based activity but will not play the clip. Also, camera is very slow to trigger so most likely you will miss whatever actually triggered the recording.

One star for the wireless feature. But on the app I can’t change any features. All I have is motion on off or scheduled. I have no option for human detection or even region as with other Yi cameras. Motion on drains the battery in 24 hours. Works great if you constantly watch the camera live.
