Software Features and Description

1. Jalasaho collected the sounds in Kuopio, visiting local youth and children’s institutions such as Tyttöjen talo (The Girl’s House), Klubitalo, Latari Youth Centre, Multicultural Centre Kompassi and a group of adopted kids.

2. The app is developed by the Hailuoto based arts organisation Hai Art in collaboration with multimedia artist Eerika Jalasaho, code and media artist Juan Duarte Regino and sound curator Antye Greie-Ripatti.

3. Sounds collected in the Future DiverCities Lab in Kuopio in 2016 were also implemented.
