  • Just wanted to make a simple call on my Mac

    By Overratedreviews (Pcmac user)

Even if you have FaceTime set up on a Mac iOS computer, if the same account is not linked to an iPhone you’re unable to make a call. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend.
  • No # or * buttons -really?

    By fgwiii (Pcmac user)

Purchased this for dialing to check balances on accounts, but was not able to do so because these buttons do not exist. Yoh developer person, how about adding these - Please?
  • LOVE IT! I use it to fire off work calls as the tickets roll into my email all day.

    By sunnyslayer (Pcmac user)

Incredibly useful and intuitive app for making calls on the fly from your mac (with an iPhone on wifi somewhere in the vicinity). First big plus: it completely eliminates having to use facetime for mac to make calls. EVER AGAIN! Personally, I never use facetime’s video chat feature on my mac, and it’s annoying having to activate my camera and deal with the clunky facetime UI every time I want to make a cellular call "from" the mac. This app bypasses facetime and gets you right from the number pad onto the call. If you have a pair of headphones connected to the mac, they entire process is suuuper slick. Second big plus: I have to make out-of-country calls quite often and this app will display the country name that matches the number you’ve dialed. Useful when you just want a quick confirmation you’re calling who you think you’re calling… Only downside: the auto-pasting of the clipboard phone number is really hit-or-miss. It seems to ignore a lot of common phone number syntaxes, e.g. (XXX)XXX-XXXX doesn’t work. I pretty much always end up having to paste it in myself, which is still convenient. I’d love that auto-paste to work though. I CTRL+C a lot of phone numbers throughout the day so removing the extra step of pasting would be icing on the cake. All in all, excellent job by developer Marat Saytakov. Happily paid the buck for it. Looking forward to seeing what else he has in the works for Mac productivity apps.
