Cannot log into monthly account

I have never been able to log into my account using this app. I have no issues using a web browser and logging in to pay my monthly bill. I called tech support, and the representative said they had not heard of any issues, so it must be my device. They said they could not help me with my device. I told them it's not the device, but their app. I then got off the phone.

When the App works, its not great but it gets the job done. However, the App frequently logs you out and forces you to log in. It also does not use faceid, which would drastically improve the user experience, especially when you are in a rush to catch a train.

This app is horrible. I can’t select my lot or street cause that’s what it ask for WHYYYY YOU ASK o don’t know. But anyway I’m rushing to my train I say to myself I’ll just download the app and pay no luck now i might get a ticket this is crazy I should send my ticket to developers to pay it cause this is absolute BS. They’re so many parking apps out there that work simply, how can get it so wrong at this stage in technology.

This app simply doesn’t function. I get error messages constantly, the app takes an incredibly long time to load one task. When I manage to select a parking lot, I am unable to select a rate! I get a message that says “no rates found” even though I have selected that lot several times and paid before. This app is a failure. Impossible to use.
