The game of ADS!
By BethArific (Pcmac user)
Updated: 8/31
Ok, saw the update was suppose to reduce frequency of ads, so I updated and gave it another go.....
Well I’m still getting forced Ads after every level &/or death, which I don’t particularly like ....especially seeing as how these levels are relatively short. It’s pretty much less than a minute of gameplay for 1/2 min of Ads..
Also I’ve seen a few players mention they are still getting Ads after, paying to remove them! Seriously not ok!
——-
This game is overwhelmed with Ads, the long ones without Skips. However, what really ticked me off, was even when choosing to skip the chest reward and just continue to the next level you still are forced to watch an AD! I mean really?
I bet I watched 20 ads within 10 min, it’s ridiculous!
Im not against Ads in general, developers should absolutely be paid for their work. However this HAS to be balanced!
I should WANT to watch the Ad to get that extra reward/advantage, this game manages to do the complete opposite!
I play games daily where I watch Ads, that’s not the issue it’s the frequency and length.
FYI games that use Ads that are 5-15 seconds ... I’ll usually watc those every time available/offered no problem....they don’t take that much time and feel balanced and fair. Therefore I don’t mind them more frequently.....the longer ones need to be better placed/offer a better incentive or be less frequent...
Just my opinion....on what looks like a pretty decent game, overwhelmed by Ads....

Not my thing
By Kaizer284 (Pcmac user)
It’s not hard at start, since it moves kinda slow. The slowness gets a little tedious even when you die a few times. I didn’t play for long because I died on the second level and I have to play the first one again?? How far am I expected to get in one run? And if I get super far and die, I’m not gonna want to start over just to get back to where I was
2 things I think would improve the game:
1) Zoom the screen out just a little so we can see a few more rows, then I won’t die as much just because I landed on something the screen hadn’t loaded yet
2) don’t make a game with levels if you have to play them all in one go. I’ve seen games like this before and I’ve always deleted them because it feels like you just wasted your time because once you die, everything disappears

First impressions: not bad!
By Shufflemang (Pcmac user)
It's not often you come across a decent F2P mobile game, but Doinksoft put out a decent auto-scrolling platformer with procedural levels. While it takes a little bit to adjust to, the two-button controls work far more effective than I excepted. I'm not very good at using the other characters who isn't the Spelunker, so I'll get back on that later. The only real complaint I have is the genie wish mechanic. The perk pool is relatively low, and are fairly uninteresting, and the fact you have to watch an ad to enable it discourages its use even further.
Regardless, this game is worth a shot for not having P2W elements and solid gameplay with no stupid over-arching upgrade mechanics, only unlock-able characters with unique playstyles.

Few bug... spiders and what not..
By Vaenn (Pcmac user)
Jokes aside there is a few bugs I noticed.
1) watching ads sometimes would skip the genie phase and you wouldn’t get a reward and in turn act like you died losing all your previous rewards. Which brings us to...
2) If you collect the artifact and beat the screen to the exit you will die. I think after obtaining the artifact it should zip down to the end so you don’t have to wait. And yes when you die like this you also lose your rewards and start all over.
3) game is really fun and enjoyable been playing a few hours now and it’s a good passerby kind of game. 10/10
