Where’s the image?

I have tried selecting multiple photos from several different albums located on my iPhone, but the image never shows on the pre-checkout canvas preview when I select the image for the canvas I want to purchase. Like I said, I’ve tried multiple photos from several different albums, as well as, shutting down my iPhone, powering back on, deleting the app and downloading again to only get the same irritating results. Christmas is a few weeks away and this would help save time and money if the problem gets resolved. Great concept you have going on here, but it obviously needs a lot of work.
Photo editor only works on X-axis

So you select a portrait photo, then notice the editor crops out the top and bottom of the photo. At top, it suggests one can drag and zoom the selected photo. However I can only drag left or right but dragging up or down only snaps the phot back to original position, I even tried pinching to make the photo smaller but that also snaps the photo back. I like promise of this app but it appears to fall short
Disaster everytime

It’s always a disaster when I order something from this app or the other Walgreens print app. It says when it will be ready and I get a notification it’s ready and when I come in the person is just sitting there doing nothing and it’s not even started yet do I wait 20 mins. Not just once but every time I order something. Only reason 2 starts is because the quality of their product turns out good

I made 2 canvas prints for a last minute gift. They had them ready at Walgreens in about 45 minutes. Very good quality prints on canvas. Highly recommend! ❤️❤️
