Could use work

In general, the app is OK for me but... I name my photos that are destined for printing so that the name on the photo lets me know if I need more than one of them and, sometimes, who will get the photo besides me. That way, in viewing the photo, I can see instantly how many I need to order. Without the photo name, the whole process becomes slow and cumbersome when ordering. Also, the slow response time in previewing the photo and then going back to the ordering screen is a bit frustrating. I would like “snappier” performance. That is something that can be accomplished on the programming side of the app, not necessarily on my hardware end and on the transmission speed of my network. My experience with ordering photos yesterday was clumsy at best and I ordered less than I wanted (I’ll know for sure when I pick up my photos). So, if someone, particularly the programmer, reads this and is able to enhance the app, and the “back end” of the app, this might stimulate some improvement ideas. Interesting to note, however, I was using the PC (Windows) interface to order my pictures since I pull from file folders on my PC.

Overall, pictures quality is okay and the fact you can pick them up in an hour is wonderful. The app itself is also SUPER EASY and so quick. Love it!!! Unfortunately, there is no "edit" feature so you have absolutely no option whatsoever as to what part of your picture you'd like printed. Only whatever is smack in the middle of your original photo is what you're going to get. If part of your pic is off-centered at all, the top, bottom, left and right of it will be cut out. So before you submit, draw an "imaginary circle" inside the middle of the photo, and that's what you'll get. If that works for you, you'll be pleased with the result. But the worst part is, you don't even get the "preview" of the picture that will be printed until after you've submitted your order. Not good. You don't even have a chance to see it before you've already ordered it!! 😟

I went into a Walgreens store to print out some photos but the two kiosks there were occupied and an employee ask if I just need some prints and explained to me that the app would be much faster. The was much faster and it very convenient. The prints were done within 5 minutes. I’m sure sometimes it’s busier but either it was the app easy and super convenient. The only problem I have is some of the photos did not have the option for me to print in a 5x7 they only have the 4x4 and 8x8 on some photos and it does not have an explanation as to why. If the app had a few more functions such as editing and had a little more guidance as to what they need to do as how they may need to edit their photos in order to get the correct print size and quality.
Easy but No Edit and No Adding-On feature

I use this app because it’s quick and easy, but I often need to go back and open up an order just placed to add a few more photos to it. No luck there. Not only does it not have an option for you to view your photos how they will be printed, As soon as you click submit order, it exits you back to the Welcome screen assuming you don’t care to see even a thumbnail size of all the photos you just uploaded to print, and doesn’t give you an option to go back to that same order to add any more photos. So I’ve literally had three separate orders placed in one day - three separate packages at pick up, which is a waste of thick nice protective paper they keep the photos in. Pls fix this!
