What is InvaParking? InvaParking is a mobile application designed to record violations in parking spaces designated for people with disabilities. The data collected from each user is sent to a unified database of the Republican Association of Wheelchair Users (RAIK). RAIK sends written statements to traffic police departments based on the received violation reports every two weeks, regardless of the location of the violator.
1. С периодичностью 1 раз в две недели ОО «РАИК», на основе поступивших фактов нарушений, отправляет письменные заявления в отделения ГАИ на чьих территориях выявлены нарушители.
2. Поскольку заявления о правонарушении будут отправлены от имени юридического лица (организации), то в соответствии с законодательством, данные обращения должны быть обязательно рассмотрены отделами ГАИ.
3. Мобильное приложение InvaParking предназначено для фиксации правонарушений на местах автотранспортной парковки, обозначенной для стоянки автомобилей людей с инвалидностью.
4. Собранные данные от каждого из пользователей попадают в единую базу данных ОО «Республиканская ассоциация инвалидов-колясочников» (ОО «РАИК»).
5. Не важно в каком населённом пункте зафиксирован нарушитель, гарантированно будет отправлено заявление в ГАИ.
