The app itself is non existent to me as a user of this app Media apps but I do host my own app with the company and there are many things I do and do not love. Pros: -Responsive and very friendly support team -Great for those who are building a community -Solid technical efficiency. So far, no crashes or major bugs. -Affordable relative to building an app from scratch Cons: -Takes weeks to implement many fundamental changes -Limited ability to see analytics of app in terms of those with a free trial only vs those who are paying, and daily sum totals of those who subscribed to free trial. Would be nice to be able to filter down to more specifics for purposes of growing the app -Limited in terms of optimizing user experience per replies to each other within a thread in the comment section like Facebook ,Instagram, YouTube,Twitter etc., no Notification Center for all past notifications, no ability to create multiple tier membership offerings within app, no ability to upload PDFs(such as books) with a cover photo and title, no separate feed for just users’ friends, etc. -No ability to change pricing of existing product without support help nor create new products without support help like you could in an online store -No ability to stream HD to app through third party software for premium live experience -No website hosting(as of yet) so if you have a website, users will have to create completely separate memberships to enjoy both app and website which is a major hassle for both users and your staff. Netflix is a great example of how much better it would be for everyone if creating a membership on one gave access to both -Unable to create initial tutorial that shows users how to use app upon first login that doesn’t show for repeated logins afterwards -Unable to fully customize look and feel of your app buttons content folders so your app will look very similar to all this app Media apps -Unable to add quick go-to icons for easier access to most frequently used portions within the app like home button, notifications button, inbox, etc. -Unable to tailor the selling process to your liking so that you can convert at the highest rate possible -Not optimized for Android
