Where are my notifications?

I downloaded this app early afternoon one day and set the notification on the red setting. It literally took me more than 24 hours before I finally got a reminder. Ever since then I have been lucky to get more one notification per day on the red setting (don’t even think I’ve gotten three in one day). Great concept but they need to work on how often one gets notifications.

This app looks nice. But I have to create an account with my email and a password to use it? Really? I’m sick of creating new accounts for things and getting spammed with emails, so no thank you. I’ll find a different way to set reminders for myself. :(
Beyond messed up

Purchased, doesn’t work. Sent email via app, no response. Sent second email today. Went to developer website and sent email from there. The email I sent CAME TO ME from their email address ??? How does that happen ? Tried logging onto the app online not via the app. Went to send email, got error that said “bad request”
