This app is the convenient side piece to the scale. It is necessary for me to be able to track my numbers each day. I have been using this scale for one month now. I weigh every morning, and I struggle with my weight. Even though I am a healthy weight now, I still have a tendency to live or die by the number. This scale/app has helped me understand that my health is more than that one number on the scale. There are so many aspects to being in good health, and this scale/app helps me achieve that. I am glad I get to celebrate all sorts of scale victories associated with my health each morning when I weigh. I will never live without this combo again!
Great features but app could use some improvement

I love this scale and all of the info it provides however, I wish there was an easier way to view changes over time. It would be nice to see numbers side by side rather than a chart that you need to click each entry to read them separately. You can also only look at one piece of data and it’s changes at a time. I really love this option but would like to see it enhanced so you could at least see the most recent data side by side with the current data and allow us to see all of the data at one glance. I’d also love it if suggestions could be given on how to improve each measurement after the definition of what each thing is measuring.

I ordered this scale on a whim because I wanted to have more insight on my progress. When it came in the mail, it didn’t work. :/ However, I contacted their support and it was HANDS DOWN the best support I’ve ever dealt with. They kept me very well informed of everything and after I was able to show them that it was indeed broken, they immediately sent out a replacement. Gold star for sure! Now I have a well made, sleek looking scale that gives me more insight on my body then I honestly know what to do with. Overall, this scale and the company itself deserves the 5 stars. You won’t be disappointed!!
Initial Use

The app was difficult to connect via bluetooth on two different phones. Had to reinstall the app, reboot phones, etc. Took way too much time. My husband created his profile on his phone and I created mine on my phone, however when both of our phones had bluetooth active, his weight and health scores showed up in my profile/phone!!! That should NOT happen. Lastly, I love the concept of the app working with the app, but I don’t feel like the app explains itself very well or is user-friendly. I’d like to know the difference between some of the measurements, like “protein rate” vs “protein mass” and whether it’s good to be high or low in specific areas. And, as another user pointed out - where’s the tips for improvement??? The whole point of this is to educate yourself about your health and use it as a tool to improve, but how? How do I reduce visceral fat? How do I improve bone mass? The app needs work. I have only used it a few times, so I can’t offer feedback on the history function...yet.
