1. Setplex is the software development entity behind the NoraGO app which is built to be a media player for the provider to offer their content to the end user.

2. The NoraGO app is an application that requires a subscription from your service provider to view their content.

3. After logging in with the correct credentials provided by your provider you will be able to view their content.

4. Once you install the app you will be prompted with a login screen to enter your provider code, username and password (which is provided by your provider).

5. If you have issues logging in or technical issues please contact your service provider NOT Setplex.

6. The NoraGO app does not have any content such as live channels, movies or radios.

Install NoraGO app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using NoraGO on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "NoraGO"
The search will reveal the NoraGO app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once NoraGO is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including NoraGO.
Now enjoy NoraGO on PC.

OCCASIONAL STOPS

Like a bus line; this program stops & goes (sometimes!) When it’s working, it has great video & sound. When it’ snot, just change channels and watch something else. It may be your internet speed not keeping up with the device you’re watching it on or it’s poor programming (1’s & 0’s.) Despite the stoppage, or rather, if you can live with it, you’ll surely enjoy the channel programming (selection.). Twice in six months I couldn’t watch anything for 2-3 days because either they were performing “mainframe maintenance” or they got shut down. That is the reason I gave it 4 stars(!!!) instead of 5.

I enjoy the app!! I do suggest another update. The most recent update is not allowing me to sign in through the mobile app and states that I am using all devices..

The orientation is stuck in one single position and it’s opposite of how my iPad case stands up in landscape. Why would you make the app to not change orientation? This is such a stupid thing to not incorporate in the update 👎
