Install Neoncam app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Neoncam on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Neoncam"
The search will reveal the Neoncam app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Neoncam is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Neoncam.
Now enjoy Neoncam on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Neoncam Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Neoncam,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Neoncam" » then Click "Install".
- Neoncam will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Amazing Neon Filters!

I'm completely blown away how well these filters work and how good they make my pictures look. I often take photos of run down places with graffiti, and these filters really makes them pop. Having said that, they look equally as good on a beautiful landscape photo. They are way better then I could have imagined. Much better than the other couple of neon apps I've used. Now to earn that 5th star..... The app needs higher output resolution. Right now it's at 2500px, but the developer has already promised 4096px and says it'd be coming soon. For us photographers PNG and/or TIFF support would be a huge plus. Down the line it might be cool to see some sort of layers system, so we can try stacking layers. I'd also like to see an iPad version of the app. I understand that it's main purpose is taking your photos with the app and applying the filters live, but a huge part of your user base will also be using it to exclusively to apply filters to photos already taken (in my case photos from my DSLR). For these users an iPad version would be a great addition.

I was skeptic about this app. But, after I decided to spend my money for this app.. it’s turned out to be impressive and exceeded my expectations. 👍 It has a professional settings for the camera which offer a very good quality. (And one thing: When I try to turn on “HighRes“ the app just keep crash). Please fix this issue... and this app will be perfect.
Absolutely love this app! Only missing one thing...

The colors in this app are on point and complement your pictures very well! I love the option of importing photos and editing them through this app I REALLY wish you could import video though! :/ Is there an update coming soon with that option?

Despite being one of my favorite photo effects apps, I used to have some gripes with it. With the newest update however, they added the selfie camera and even more filters, which is everything I wanted from it. Top notch 👌🏻
