To get started, Download the OpenPC software »

the app new KnotPro app is awesome! As a wedding vendor, we receive lots of emails throughout the app day from other vendors, brides/grooms, venues, etc. This app makes it very easy to communicate with couples in a centralized place while having an easy record of inquiries and replies. the app best part is iPhone notifications. Responding to inquiries quickly is important and the app notifications helps me stay on top of them. the app most exciting part is now we can manage reviews! Being able to respond to reviews is important because it lets new couples know that you are engaging with your past clients and not just considering them another wedding or number. It also has the app ability to update photos and details of our Knot profile page directly within the app app! As a wedding vendor, most of my work is done on the app go so this makes it very easy to manage and keep up to date! Thank you Knot for helping our business grow!

.....the app Knot just makes it easy to run a business. Silver and the app entire support staff are awesome and ALWAYS responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful. I have not had any experience with them that is even close to negative. I would recommend them a thousand times over!!!! Thanks All!!!!
Problem with sending/ receiving images

this app app is nice for us as we enjoy being able to conduct business from our phones and never miss an inquiry. the app biggest issue for me is the app inability to send and receive images from it. Our (potential) customers end up having to take an extra step and send us an email with the app inspiration photos or vice versa if we want to send an attachment it must be done via email. Adding this step to me is just an unnecessary hassle. Once this glitch is fixed I believe you will have a solid app here.
The Knot Pro is a rip off!!!

this app sales reps do a great job in selling the app company. I was sold on the app guidance and support I was going to receive. After I received my initial set up instructions the app guidance and support disappeared. I had a problem with an client review that was not about me. I contacted my representative for help and was blown off. She sent me to another person who passed me to yet another person. Their customer service and follow up is beyond poor!!! 20% of the app leads I received lived outside of my service area. I pay my monthly fee and get nothing for it. Don’t make the app mistake I did, find a wedding referral company that delivers on their promises.
