I have been looking for a tool to do this exact task for years and, until now, it was only really viable using very expensive enterprise tools. I've been testing this on myriad scanned documents and it's VERY good!

I have so many files created with the old Equation Editor or (Worse) Math Magic. Now making Latex format from these is easy. You have no idea the enormous amount of work you just saved me!

It’s quite good as an editor and exporter of LaTeX formulas. The one thing I’d like would be save/load features, and possibly a windowed mode that doesn’t dismiss when clicked off of. Solid!

I have used this on a scanned copy of a book form 1904 and it works beautifully. Lots of options, and it is super easy to use. It's a real time saver.
