Very bad

The service of the is very poor, The live tracking options it’s not showing status of bus it had connected google map after there is no map showing, that day I not received driver phone I was struggling with status of bus where it’s coming. If same thing happens next time I don’t want use you app. Unhappy to this app app. Kindly help this type of issue could not repeat.
