Install Polk Connect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Polk Connect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Polk Connect"
The search will reveal the Polk Connect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Polk Connect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Polk Connect.
Now enjoy Polk Connect on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Polk Connect,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Polk Connect" » then Click "Install".
- Polk Connect will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I have read reviews and have the same problem. What I don’t understand is the lack of response from the app support. Are they not read the complaints? Are you working on these issues. Returning, unfortunately we like the sound but what a pain it is to re-pair every time you turn the television back on. The lack of interest and response of App Support offers little confidence that the unit itself will function for any length of time.

Let’s be clear. The the app SOUND Bar is wonderful. Premium audio. The Alexa Built-In feature is pure garbage. Not a day goes by where I don’t get the Red Ring of Hell and Alexa yells “Sorry, I’m having trouble understanding right now”, and I have to re-pair the system with my WiFi all over again. And when Alexa does work, she tells me “I don’t know how to do that yet”, because the app didn’t wait to get the full panoply of commands built in a regular Echo Dot can do. PLEASE, fix this!!!!

Well I've had my soundbar for 8 months now and the app has yet to release a functioning app to allow me to connect it to my network. "No wifi" is displayed under any and all network conditions and it doesn't try anything past that. Not sure why that part is so difficult to figure out for a company that designs audio systems and their firmware from ground-up. Definitely not buying more of these products.
Buy a different sound bar

This makes Alexa 100% unusable on the sound bar. Requires you to re-setup every time you turn on the tv. If you decide to take the time to re-setup there is a 50/50 chance it wont pair. the app does not seem to have any interest in fixing. Waste of money, buy another sound bar instead.
