This app work and feels as if it were designed and developed my a first-year highschool computer class. Actually, the class would probably do much better. For the amount of money I pour into this company as well as the hundreds of thousands of other people pour into them, one would thing they could at least get the aspect ratio of the company logo correct. The announced improvements aren’t. The downloads and emails of cards and records work so little one has to say they do not work. This app is barely functional and is completely unintuitive. In the app-connection section, when you click on the app you want to connect, it takes you to Facebook instead of connecting to the app. When trying get information about a claim it will display a date and amount but no more details. When you want more info, one would naturally click on the claim. Instead of providing more info, you are provided an always unworking button for the detailed document to be emailed to you. So you cannot get the info you want. Given the federal requirements on insurance companies, EMR/EHR, the size of this company, and the millions in profits this company takes in, I’m shocked this is their best. Developer: step one should be to put together a user group to receive feedback. I really hope you are embarrassed because you should be. WOW. Still no better and no answer from the company. Tells us what they think of their captive patients.

The button to agree to the terms is non functioning. It’s the first thing you have to do in order to get into the app - therefore the entire app is non functioning. Please fix this issue so people can actually view their healthcare information.

The button to accept the terms and conditions is non-functioning on the app, therefore the user cannot even get to the application. I have tried one two different iPhone X models with the same result.

Haven’t been able to get into account because agreement button won’t let you check it. Huge problem, I can’t check my claims!
