The best app for acute neuro management
By Alex kk8 (Pcmac user)
Strong foundation for acute scores and management recommendation. Good app for clinic use too.
Definitely recommended to be used by every Neurologist/ ED specialist dealing with acute neurological conditions.

Great app for the neurologist!
By Clivus13 (Pcmac user)
I'm a board certified neurologist, and I use this app daily in my clinical practice. I downloaded it primarily for the NIH stroke scale, it has come in handy in multiple other occasions. The NIH Stroke Scale is well done and has the instructions for each item available without losing your place. Can't remember if the patient with flaccid hemiplegia gets ataxia points? It's right there. When you finish, the score can be emailed to you, so I never actually write it down. Works perfectly. It includes the aphasia cards as well (cookie jar and glove/hammock)
The app has steadily improved and they continue to add new formulas and outcome scores.
I would like a phenytoin correction for ARF and low serum albumin in the future.
This is the best neurology app available!

Switch to PDF makes it less efficient
By arifd2 (Pcmac user)
An amazing app for neurologists. The use of rating scales makes ones practice more quantitative. However, the recent switch to PDF makes the app much less useful. The previous format of emailing a text file allowed copy/paste to EMR is a concise format. Copying from a PDF file puts in unwanted spaces between lines and is much less efficient overall. Please switch back to emailing text format files or having an option for both in settings. The password protection is hardly necessary as no one in their right minds would email documents with patient identifiers anyway.
Overall keep up the good work. Still rating it 5 starts despite my peeve with the PDF format.
