Install Web Inspect for iPhone app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Web Inspect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Web Inspect"
- The search will reveal the Web Inspect for iPhone app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Web Inspect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Web Inspect.
- Now enjoy Web Inspect on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Web Inspect Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Web Inspect,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Web Inspect" » then Click "Install".
- Web Inspect for iPhone will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Works as I hoped

Based on the other reviews I didn’t think this would work but it did! I am a the app designer PC user I’m having a CSS issue on iPhone only that I can’t pinpoint, and since I don’t use a Mac OS I can’t plug in and do Dev tools on Safari.
Sadly the issue I’m having wouldn’t read it’s ugly head inside this app. :(
You can view the Source, but can’t inspect CSS (I don’t think).
There ARE ads, but I was able to see the x to close it.

Ads Freeze and Crash App

Great app except when ads show up. Every time an ad pops up you can’t close it. The app freezes and a few seconds later crashes.
