HomeHawk
By Meoooo111 (Pcmac user)
This is the worst out there. I went to someone’s house to see for myself. Won’t connect. And why do we need something that only works while your home. Packing this back up and returning it. It is so NOT WORTH the money. When I go to the store and see anyone looking to buy this I sure will tell everyone that it’s junk! I have other people that works at different stores that carry them and I will make sure they tell them not to buy that junk too . I can also go on Facebook and let people know. I plan on getting the word out! This company has plans making money on junk. I will make sure people don’t buy . They don’t care who they rip off. I hooked mine to my iPad.. ok now I get home and I’m just in another room and i can’t connect to the camera. This is soooooooooo pure junk and you could have a break in and what the camera would say is can’t connect to camera. You could be robbed and they would getaway . JUNK!!!! This app dont deserve even one star. It deserves a BIG FAT ZERO! And this company needs to replying to the reviews. Not just the cameras are junk so is the company. Wont ever buy anything else from this company.!! NEVER!!!!

DON’T BUY... Waste of money
By JC-Seven (Pcmac user)
I should have known this would be a waste of money when trying to set this up with my network took over 5 attempts. I literally had to stand next to my router just to get a connection. I have the fastest internet speed available and yet I keep getting error saying my network is not strong enough. I even went out and bought a WiFi Extender and placed it right next to the HD Camera and it still gives me error.
Now I am unable to even access the camera when I leave my house.. I’ve reset the stupid about 20 times, re-installed, master reset and STILL keep getting the same error stating I have a weak signal.

SOLVED: FIX IOS 13 VIDEO BUG
By smallville808 (Pcmac user)
Update 10/13: eliminated scibbled camera views by switching camera video resolution setting from SD to HD. Switching back again to SD and the problem returned. So will leave at HD for now. Didn’t test other video resolution settings but at least there is a workaround if your WiFi/cell speeds can handle the higher resolution rate. Good luck!
UPDATE 10/12: CALLED YOUR TECH SUPPORT TO ALERT OF THE ISSUE. SEEMED UNAWARE. YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE. ACKNOWLEDGE THE ISSUE AND FIX IT PANASONIC.
Cameras jumbled after iOS 13 update. Works on device not updated. Privacy: You don’t need our location data.

Good App—Needs one MAJOR improvement
By DaBeachGuy (Pcmac user)
The App is easy to use and easy to add additional cameras. Notifications happening properly; however, the notification needs to be improved to include the user defined camera name from within the this app App Device profile so the user knows which camera to check.
