1. The iN-Command App with Global Connect functionality is specifically for use with our 3rd generation RV Control and Monitoring product which is identified by the Global Connect logo on the Display Commander (LCD touch controller).
2. We have updated the App graphics, added control functionality (including Climate control for compatible HVAC systems) as well as the ability to monitor and control your RV remotely through the Cloud (internet connection required).
3. By connecting your smart-phone or tablet to the system’s LCD touch controller and registering your cloud account, iN-Command now puts you “In Command” of your RV from any location.

Download and install the iN·Command app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using iN·Command on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iN·Command"
- The search will reveal the iN·Command app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once iN·Command is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iN·Command.
- Now enjoy iN·Command on PC.

- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing iN·Command:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "iN·Command" » Click "Install" to install iN·Command
- iN·Command will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Needs bug fixes

My RV is set up permanently in a park with WiFi. The thought of being able to turn on the heat or AC when we are on the way each weekend is exciting. BUT it isn’t happening. The control center goes off line (not connected to WiFi) after we leave each weekend. I have to go into the settings on the control center to reconnect to WiFi every weekend. Sometimes it stays connected for a couple of days, other times just for a few hours. Bluetooth connectivity works fine when we are at the RV. Otherwise, the app is not very accurate. The tank gauges are never accurate, usually just shows empty tanks when they are not. The water heater usually shows that it’s off when it is on. I wish they would fix these issues with updates to the control center and the app. Controlling the lights, slides, and awnings with the app well works well.

Reconnection to system broken completely

This app is a GREAT way to monitor and control all the systems in 19 Raptor TH. We’ve had 3 different RVs that all used In Command and all have had major issues when trying to reconnect.
Sequence goes: open app > connect to DC > everything works great > some time passes (short or long, doesn’t matter) > go back to (already opened app) and it doesn’t work—won’t connect, throws errors etc. > manually quit app completely > reopen and start the process all over again.
The app cannot stay connected or reconnect automatically ever at all. HUGE inconvenience and with modern technology and modern Bluetooth, this shouldn’t be a problem at all.
One more example: yesterday we were filling the water tank. Really like to check the gauge on the phone so we don’t have to unlock and open the camper, pull down the steps, go into the cabinet where the panel is every few minutes to see where it’s at. Had to quit the app and cycle everything each time I wanted to check it. Very annoying and unacceptable.
PLEASE fix this issue asap, I’m sure other users have the same issue.

Great first impressions

A lot of the reviewers were complaining about connectivity, but I thought that was using the internet. Since I only intended to use Bluetooth that wouldn’t be a problem. Well that only lasted a couple months. Now it won’t connect Bluetooth automatically. I have to go to settings on my phone and connect it manually every time I step away from the connection boundary. Other than that it’s a great app. Haven’t had any other issues and I can access everything thing that’s on my main inComand panel

Always re connecting.

One MAJOR draw back is you can only have 1 phone connected at a time. This really causes problems.
This app is always needing to re connect to the RV. They need to fix the connecting issues. If you walk out of range and back in it stays stuck on the home screen with a connecting to the RV message. Then there is no way to have an alarm if a tank is full. You can not re configure any screen to show just the information we want. Like voltage and tank levels.
The hole system is outdated and VERY slow to show tank levels.
I would have preferred the builders gave us a choice between old switches and gauges or this. I would have taken old gauges and switch’s anytime over this.
