Install OBD-II Command Diagnostic app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using OBD-II Command Diagnostic on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "OBD-II Command Diagnostic"
The search will reveal the OBD-II Command Diagnostic app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once OBD-II Command Diagnostic is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including OBD-II Command Diagnostic.
Now enjoy OBD-II Command Diagnostic on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use OBD-II Command Diagnostic,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "OBD-II Command Diagnostic" » then Click "Install".
- OBD-II Command Diagnostic will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Bad don’t buy

Bought this because went with the OBD thing I bought to read my car and it stated error and would just show it was loading! Doesn’t work and I want a refund for this!
OBD 2 Commands

I would rate higher if I could change from metric to Fahrenheit and mph. Works slow but always connects. Also it is somewhat limited in the data it recognizes.

Somehow I accidentally purchased this so I tried to use it but it does not work. It is junk. Do not buy. Buyer be warned. It is a fraud product. They take your money for something that can not do what it says!!!!!
