Install Ultramarine app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Ultramarine on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Ultramarine"
- The search will reveal the Ultramarine app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Ultramarine is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Ultramarine.
- Now enjoy Ultramarine on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Ultramarine Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Ultramarine,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Ultramarine" » then Click "Install".
- Ultramarine will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Bluetooth drops off a lot

Unfortunately, the Bluetooth drops off all the time, then fails to reconnect with my iPhone8. It requires several resets to reconnect the Bluetooth... sad in this high tech age...... seems like no standards to prevent these issues. Time to regulate!

bluetooth won’t connect

we have our polk system in our airstream globetrotter and this is the worst experience we’ve ever had with anything. bluetooth doesn’t stay connected and of course polk doesn’t provide a physical remote. we ended up using Anker bluetooth speakers to listen to music instead. polk needs to get on top of this and fix this issue.

Request a different sound system in your boat. The head unit is garbage along with the app Polk marine. Can’t get it to stay connected. Customer services is nonexistent.

Not Marine Grade

I agree with substandard performance. My amp was not working when boat was delivered. I had to pay dealer to change because boat is large and I did not want to haul. A no thank you to big Harris boat dealer in the southeast!
Radio is horrible. Can’t pick up stations.
Bluetooth is a royal pain.
Overall just not happy
