Install Brightmind Meditation app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:

    I’ve used several other guided meditation APS and this one is by far my favorite. I am very ADD and find it extremely hard to sit still. I used to find myself checking emails, making lists and getting up to do other things during my meditation time. I now have weened myself off my medication and with the app can sit for 10 minutes and listen. I’m not sure exactly what it is. Maybe it’s the fact that i can customize it. Maybe it’s the voice i chose or maybe it’s blessed with magical unicorn dust. I don’t care i just know I’m experiencing some wonderful benefits including better focus, better mood, ability to handle stress more effectively, living life in a more relaxed state, deeper sleep, better self discipline and I recently overcome a 4 month weight loss plateau that may or may not be directly related. Thanks for changing my life the app!!!

    I am really enjoying this app! the app has helped me remain consistent with my meditation & being mindful - I set a goal to meditate at least twice per week - I started with a small, realistic goal, however I use this app pretty much daily & look forward to meditating & unlocking the next step on the app. I’ve even got my husband to meditate with me & we’ve made it part of our nightly routine. I’ve noticed I have been sleeping better at night & peacefully drifting off to sleep without the mental chatter that would so often have me tossing & turning at night. If you are considering paying for the premium access, I would recommend upgrading as i have found that it is worth it.

    I have been meditating for 7ish years and have tried Headspace and 10% Happier in addition to the app. I think all three apps are good for people who want to start a meditation practice. That said, for me the app is far and away the most helpful because it is a coherent curriculum that provides a structured progression while also giving a wide variety of options. I had hit a plateau with my meditation practice and was on the verge of giving up. Shinzen Young’s “Unified Mindfulness”, which is the conceptual framework that underlies the app, provides tools that helped me find concentration, clarity, and equanimity in a far more powerful yet flexible way. Other apps, books, and methods seem to repeat the same (to me, stale) advice: “just return to your breath” with a haphazard mixture of voices and guidance saying mostly the exact same thing. the app and Unified Mindfulness guided me through a series of very diverse approaches, allowing me to experiment and find a technique that works FAR better for me than watching my breath. I’m re-energized and committed in a transformed way.

    I’ve been a full time meditation teacher for years and with every new app I get questions from students. I’ll teach in organizations and they’ll ask which app they should recommend to their employees... Every single time, I have to suggest one but say, “here are the problems I see with it.” Finally, I can just say, get the app. Very clear, great for beginners BUT! Unlike so many other apps it’s doesn’t stop there. It’s progressive and teaches the fundamental skills for advanced practice. This is great because it means I don’t need to break students of bad habits they picked up from other apps. Great product!
