This is the only the app app I will use, and I’ve been using it for YEARS. Mary is clear, direct, and not at all creepy or weird, as some other guided the app apps have been that I’ve tried. This is not guided imagery where you imagine forests and oceans and beings of light. There is a lot of space in between the words, which are reassuring without being cloying or intrusive. Particularly helpful for me are the themes of Loneliness, Deep Rest, and SOS for Anxiety. The kind of insomnia that I experience has me waking up in the middle of the night for several hours. The the app to help you get back to sleep works often for me. Thank you for this app and the updates.
Meditation Oasis is tremendous! My "go-to" meditation site.

I'm grateful that the app Oasis had this app created! The site is great but this makes using it anywhere and everywhere so much more accessible. I've been listening to various episodes of their podcasts for a couple years now. What a tremendous gift when a close friend recommended this site. It’s been so helpful with sleeping, grounding, letting go and working on basic the app over all. What a gift! Thank you to Mary Maddox and the Mediation Oasis team that makes this all possible. 😉

I used the sleep the app to get to sleep faster when I cannot calm down at night. It helps me every night, even when I do not listen to it. It has taught me how to calm down and go to sleep faster. Also great anxiety and stress meditations that are short and teach you how to better deal with your anxieties. Overall a great app and selection!

The right voice, the right words, the right feel. I feel cared for, accepted, relaxed. This app has helped me finally “get around to” nearly daily the app. Thanks to Mary, I know I’m doing it “just right”, even I f m lying down, or get distracted, or fall asleep, etc. I have noticed a difference in my life, more calmness and acceptance. Being a pretty hyper person, this is really a boon. Thank you Mary!
