1. Enter your name and address, choose the region within which you’ll travel the most and off you go! You book a seat with OV flex, not a complete vehicle.

2. Currently we offer the OV flex service in the following areas: Rijsenhout, Abbenes, Buitenkaag, Nes a/d Amstel (AML Flex) and Helmond (Bravoflex).

3. OV flex is an ‘on-demand’ transport service which offers comfortable, economic and sustainable transport from bus stop to bus stop.

4. So there’s always a chance that other passengers will join and/or leave the vehicle, as long as your delivery time won’t be extended beyond what we had initially estimated.

5. You can also pay in the vehicle with your OV chip card, debit card or credit card.

6. You can pay easily by linking your bank account or credit card with your account in the App.

7. Not according to a timetable, but wherever you want to travel within the areas we service.

8. You can order your journey via the free OV flex app.

9. We don’t accept cash payments.

10. You decide which bus stops.

Install OV flex app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using OV flex on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "OV flex"
The search will reveal the OV flex app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once OV flex is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including OV flex.
Now enjoy OV flex on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use OV flex,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "OV flex" » then Click "Install".
- OV flex will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
