Software Features and Description

1. BPOM Mobile adalah aplikasi untuk memudahkan masyarakat mendapatkan berita terbaru dari BPOM, mengecek suatu produk dengan memindai kode QR atau Barcode, serta mengirimkan pengaduan terhadap suatu produk.

2. Pastikan izin GPS dan Kamera sudah diaktifkan (Bersifat wajib karena untuk scan barcode diperlukan data GPS pengguna).

3. Aplikasi akan mengenali 2D Bacode/QR Code secara otomatis dan melakukan pembacaan kode.

4. Jika Gagal melakukan scanning, mohon pastikan kembali agar Aplikasi BPOM Mobile sudah diberikan izin akses untuk penggunan GPS (Lokasi) dan Kamera.

5. Bisa dilihat di iOS Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services & Camera.

Install BPOM Mobile app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using BPOM on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BPOM"
The search will reveal the BPOM Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once BPOM is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BPOM.
Now enjoy BPOM on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native BPOM Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use BPOM,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "BPOM" » then Click "Install".
- BPOM Mobile will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
