- Charging the doorbell fully fixed the issue of it not connecting to any device.

- It took longer than expected to set up and get working.

- Creating new accounts for family members was not intuitive.

- The app is unreliable and frequently down.

- The video doorbell frequently disconnects from the network.

- The developers do not seem to be working on improving the reliability of the app.

So the doorbell finally arrived, after a three month back-order. I'm giving it four stars as it took a bit longer than it should have to set up and get working. Right out of the box, it had power but It would not connect to any device. Charging it fully fixed this. Next issue was I couldn't 'add' family members. Hint: After creating your account and sending out invites to thier email addresses, log out of your account and create new accounts with their email addresses and thier own password. Once I logged back into the Master account; there they were. As for quality, it's perfectly acceptable. Quality is OK, nothing special and connect times are good. I love being at work and getting "there is motion at your front door alert." You can delete videos, on the right side of the screen is "select", click on that and dots appear next to each the app. Tap the dot and then the trash can and the the app is gone. I paid 40 bucks for this and for that price; I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I regret getting this doorbell. Worked a bit. Then is got disconnected from the network. Took forever to reset my password. Site was not working. My password was good (from Password Vault). Still, thought reset would get me in. After failing, I tried 2 weeks later. I now am logged in. NOW it is impossible to pair with my iPhone. The device does not connect. Even when it pairs, the app says “no camera connected”. I’ve been a month without a doorbell. Then it rang today, but the app crashed. Could not answer. Did find a package in my front yard. Trying to get it to work again I’m back to not functioning. Bad purchase.

Worked well the few months but the app is always down and when I am able to log in, I can’t always connect to the this app! Waist of money, don’t buy a this app that uses this app! I bought a cheap this app FCCWO V1 using XSH Cam app and it’s been working great and connect each time I open the app for over a year now!

This program is unreliable it works on occasion. The developers don’t want to work on the issues of reliability, after all it is a home security device and should be reliable and work accordingly. What a waste of money please don’t buy this product.
